The Migrant Legal Action Program is enormously gratified by the support the organization receives from individual contributors (including government employees), law firms, other nonprofit groups, and sympathetic corporations. We rely heavily on the thoughtful generosity of these contributors.

MLAP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and, as such, all contributions toward our work are tax-deductible. MLAP prides itself on being very careful with its funds, keeping overhead low, and working hard to devote MLAP's limited resources towards services to its clients.

The following websites provide a portal for online donation:

Federal employees may contribute to MLAP's work through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).  MLAP's CFC number is 10186.  We are most grateful for the support of federal workers who have helped us through the CFC for many years.

The Migrant Legal Action Program (MLAP) welcomes the assistance of volunteers. We would benefit from help provided by lawyers and paralegals who might devote time on a pro bono basis, law students who wish to learn more about farmworkers and develop their legal skills, undergraduates who would like an internship in a national public interest group, retirees with time to help undertake research or work in the office, and many other individuals.
